It's raining again today. A lady sitting in front of me on the train on her way to work is holding a crimson paper bag with a plastic cover because it's raining. This shopping bag must be from the luxury crystal brand "Baccarat".

I remembered when I got a Baccarat glass a long, long time ago. I found a blog post from 15 years ago today (September 6th), so I'm going to share it here.

At some point, I had this crazy idea of ​​wanting to use the luxury brand Baccarat glasses for camping.

One day, I was able to get two of the simplest old-fashioned style glasses.

We can't drink alcohol, so we often drink coffee while camping.

When drinking coffee, there is always a glass of water next to it!

Good coffee and good water are inseparable.

I believe that the taste of the drink definitely changes depending on the container.

So, just wanting to drink good coffee while camping, I recklessly

went with Baccarat glasses while camping.

There are quite a few places near the campsite that have famous spring water,

and I often come across good water. When that happens, I have to have good glasses! That's disrespectful to famous water! I said that, but the truth is that I want to experience a completely different atmosphere at camp than at home, and

it's just because of my strange personality that finds the mismatch with nature amusing.

We don't use these glasses at home. They are only for camping. Otherwise, I feel like camping becomes an extension of home (how selfish!).

I'm sure someone will say, "What are you doing, you wimp? Are you crazy?" If you can drink, pour some bourbon into a glass and you'll feel like a cowboy wandering the wilds of Kentucky. Maybe your usual camping trip will turn into a wild world? Maybe. Next time you go camping, try hiding your favorite glass in a corner of your luggage. I'm a wimpy camper who thinks you might make a new discovery.
