The mopping feature was, however, less efficient - it didn't get rid of all the marks on my kitchen and was unable to remove coffee spills. It's still great to scrub dust away however, and is used to quickly pick up spilled drinks or food.

The robot's base can be connected to a tap so that it will automatically fill and drain its tanks. This feature is particularly useful for those who live in a shared house and reduces the frequency maintenance. The mops can be washed 75 times in the docking station prior to when they need to be replaced. You can modify the app to suit your needs. This includes setting a carpeted area, choosing the order of cleaning and deciding the frequency at which the cleaner will visit the docking station to wash its mop pad.

It is also quite expensive to operate, with annual running costs expected to exceed $100 or more. It is however a highly efficient cleaner and, due to its powerful motors and cutting-edge technology, is the most effective robotic vacuum currently available on the market. It's certainly worth the up-front cost for people who have big homes or who wish to keep their carpets in good condition.
