Bentley Keys Are Bold, Adventuresome and Uncompromising

Bentley cars are adventurous and bold. Their key accessories reflect the same attitude.

With Bentley's 100th anniversary scheduled for next year and bently Keys the Mulliner division is celebrating its founder with a special edition Mulsanne. It pays tribute to the company's founder father, W.O. Bentley, and even contains an item from one of his personal cars.

The model is purchased with a regular Mulsanne, Mulsanne Speed or Mulsanne Long Wheelbase. It was inspired by the 1930 8 Litre Bentley owned by W.O. The 1930 8 Litre Bentley that W.O. The influence of the car can be seen in the cabin. For instance the Mulliner illuminated bar cabinet houses a display with a piece of the 8 Litre crankshaft displayed inside.

Other highlights include a chrome-colored application running backwards along the side of the vehicle, with a photoetched B-shaped air vent that incorporates W.O. 's signature front grille that's modeled after the 1930s-appropriate Onyx color of the limited edition, and an optional chrome application that wraps around the lower spoilers left and right. The front grille also features a unique design, with chrome-colored shells replacing the body-color mesh of Mulsanne. It also features the Flying B Logo.

The key box is made of bentley valet key wings and is fitted with an ebony lining. Key pouches can be purchased to match or contrast the key box. The set of commemorative items includes an 1:18 scale model as well as the flying "B" paperweight. The set also comes with a printed booklet featuring never-before seen images of the original 1930s Bentley 8 Litre.

The knurling made of metal to metal on the key fob resembles the textures you'll find in the interior, such as the temperature controls for the seat and the shift knob. "We wanted the knurling to be as smooth and uniform as we could," says Van Braekel. "It was also important to ensure that the fob was a recognizable size and shape."

Outside illuminated treadplates and clocks with brushed silver are available as standard. New 22in wheels feature self-levelling Bentley logos. Customers can also choose to have their own custom Bentley emblem laser-etched onto the rear fixing, as an homage to the 1930 8 Litre W.O. Edition that was the inspiration for the car. Bentley's "Speed" series is an absolute blast in that it takes the Continental GT's already excessive extravagance and turns it up to eleven.
